1. General Terms

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details — is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each person may hold only one registered account on ppgamingpro. If more than one account is detected for the same individual, ppgamingpro reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings derived from duplicate registrations.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

ppgamingpro is required to verify the identity of its members before processing withdrawals. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is standard practice for online gaming platforms and exists to protect both members and the integrity of the platform.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ppgamingpro may offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, or other incentives to members from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated when the offer is presented. General principles that apply to all promotions include:

• Bonuses are issued to the registered account holder only and are non-transferable.

• Opening more than one account on ppgamingpro.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Colluding with other members or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through ppgamingpro accounts.
• Abusing bonus or promotional offers through systematic exploitation.

ppgamingpro cooperates with relevant authorities where illegal activity is suspected. Any funds associated with fraudulent or illegal activity may be frozen pending investigation, and affected accounts will not have access to withdrawals during the review period.

10. Privacy and Data

• Fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity is detected on the account.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified balance remaining after the settlement of open bets will be returned to the member via their nominated payment method, subject to standard withdrawal procedures and applicable withdrawal minimums.
